The winner will receive their tickets via email
By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
Unless specifically stated otherwise, prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative to prizes will be offered
Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified
The prize draw is open to all respondents who complete the competition entry form
By entering the competition the winner and his/her team consent to publicity surrounding the win as Scrivens Opticians deems appropriate
To claim the prize, the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner
If the winner of the Competition is unable to take up the prize for any reason or in the event that time is of the essence and a winner cannot be contacted by Scrivens Opticians within a reasonable period Scrivens Opticians reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever
No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received
Staff of Scrivens Opticians and Hearing Care and their families are not eligible to enter the prize draw
Scrivens Opticians reserve the right to change the rules applicable to the Competition or to void the Competition at any time and for any reason
In the event of any dispute, Scrivens Opticians and Hearing Care decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry
