Terms and Conditions:
1. Entrants must be 18 years or above and represent the local community group being nominated.
2. Only one nomination is permitted per community group.
3. All fields of the entry form must be completed to qualify.
4. A winner will be pulled from the entries at the start of every month by 3rd of each month, and the winner will be notified by the 15th of each month.
5. Postal entries are permitted. Only those carrying correct postage will be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or mislaid.
6. Each entry will automatically roll over to the following month. The entry can be removed at any time by emailing [email protected]
7. Employees of Scrivens Opticians, or their families may not enter.
8. The winners will be drawn after the nominations close each month.
9. Scrivens Opticians reserve the right to change the rules applicable to the competition or to void the competition at any time and for any reason.
10. Unless specifically stated otherwise, prizes are not transferable.
11. The prize of £100 will either be given in relevant gift vouchers or cheque. The cheque will be made payable to the bank account of the winning community group. No cash alternative will be offered.
12. If the monthly winner is unable to take up the prize for any reason or in the event that time is of the essence and a winner cannot be contacted by Scrivens Opticians within a reasonable period, Scrivens Opticians reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
13. By entering the Competition, the winner and the related community group consent to publicity surrounding the win as Scrivens Opticians deems appropriate.
14. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. Scrivens Opticians reserve the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
