On the 10th of July I went into the Scrivens shop in Ely as I was experiencing difficulty hearing even with my hearing aids. I was expecting to have to make an appointment with the audiologist. However, Lakeisha, part of the audiology team was there and was able to examine my ears and determine that my right ear was totally compacted with wax and that my left ear needed attention as well. Without further ado she was able to use suction to clear both ears. At all times Lakeisha was explaining what she was doing and careful to ensure that I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain.
All the staff that I have been dealt with by, have been helpful and courteous at all times.

Best eye test I’ve ever had. Gayan was wonderful, the girls know what they are talking about and gave me so much help when I was choosing some new reading glasses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The person who did my hearing test was second to none .very helpful ,explained everything and even let me try a pair outside walking around the shops to see how I got on with them I could not be happier 10 out of 10 thankyou !

What a breath of fresh air. Very welcoming staff who were very helpful and arranged an appointment within 5 minutes.
The optometrist was very thorough and explained everything as the tests progressed.
Don't bother to go anywhere else, this is a very professional business with staff who care.

Have been a customer of Scrivens for a couple of years after boycotting Specsavers. I recently went in to buy some glasses and was impressed by the staff who are patient and knowledgeable and spent some time going through my options and for the first time in years felt i had purchased a pair that actually suit me. In a time when it is get them in wuick and send them on their way i found all the staff to be super helpful and the level of customer service is amazing across the whole team. Would be back and would definitely recommend- first class job. Well done

After visiting another highstreet opticians I came into scrivens having lost hope. My lens had fallen out of my glasses and the cord that held it in was broken.
Becky patiently fixed it for me whilst I bored her chatting about my dogs!
They came back good as new and she saved me £££££s. I will be sure to visit here in the future and will always pop in to say hello. 5/5
