I have received EXCELLENT care from the whole team especially Kieran. He adjusted my aids frequently to ceate the best performance and didn't hesitate to join me on the pavement using it as a sound laboratory to check whether the most recent changes had produced improvement. On Friday one of my hearing aids stopped working. I called into Scrivens this am (without an Appointment) and was immediately tended to by Cathy. She took both hearing aids and changed the tubes and domes, then made sure they were working on my Signia app on my phone. They were clearly busy and yet she went above and beyond, my hearing aids are a lot clearer too and Cathy explained that it’s worth getting the tubes looked at after 6 months as they cloud up. Great customer service.

Thought I might have some issues with my hearing so booked a hearing test with Kay at Scrivens. She was incredible at helping me understand the issues I have had with my hearing and now I have a plan to get the support I need.

Kay is a breath of fresh air and made me feel incredibly relaxed. I think it's most fun over had in any sort of eye/hearing appointment! Thanks so much and I'll be back after the referral.

I had a wonderful experience today at Scrivens Hearing Care , Exeter. Beautiful large centre with easy access from Exeter train station . Kiran was my consultant and he went through an assessment and explained everything I needed to know about how to operate my H/aids. I could choose the size to best fit my ears. He answered all of my questions about my new Danalogic product. I was shown how to take care of the H/aids and how to change the batteries . They were fitted with care and Kiran helped connect me up to the App and demonstrated how to get the best from each setting. I had batteries supplied . I would highly recommend this centre which is both private and NHS . Very happy customer. Thank you Kiran.

I cannot speak more highly of Scrivens. I was very satisfied with their efficient service today. I was seen promptly by Kiran who explained precisely what he was going to do during the tests and then fitted me with new, updated and more comfortable hearing aids there and then. He also gave me a clear explanation of how to care for them. The receptionist too, was very helpful, patiently helping me set up the app. I am delighted with my new hearing aids!

I spoke to Cathy on reception who not only sorted out the app but gave my hearing aids a quick service.

I had an appointment with Kiran today ( 03/04/2026) in Exeter. I had a lovely welcome from the reception staff and Kieran was on time. He was helpful and guided me through the use of the new hearing aids provided by Scrivens who took over from Chime. He also help me set up the app and hearing aid settings on my iPhone. Over all a very good experience.
