I'm have been going to Bradley's for some years and am always very happy to shop there. The range of glasses is great, and the knowledge, courtesy and professionalism of staff is excellent. The manager Mark takes customer service seriously, but in a friendly way, and they well deserve the award they recently received.

I experienced an excellent eye test with some of the latest gadgets. A headset for the peripheral vision and a much lighter puff in the eyes so didn’t have to blink each time, and a very good selection of glasses.
The staff were welcoming and very polite and when picking up my new glasses they are the best lenses that I’ve had for a long time. Thank you Bradleys’ I will see you next year.

Very friendly people who are extremely competent and helpful. Eye test was great and the optician explained in great detail how my eyes had changed and which spectacles would meet my needs the best. Mark the manager was very patient whilst I dithered about which frames and which finishes I wanted and advised me which frames he thought suited me. I highly recommend Bradley's, thank you very much. I will definitely be back!

EDIT I was told 7 to 10 days for the very expensive spectacles to arrive, tomorrow it will be 14 days since my eye test and they have not bothered to update me about my new spectacles. I rang to see where they were and was told they have deliveries on Thursdays so "hopefully" they would arrive today but I have not heard from them. The "great" customer service clearly only lasts until they have talked you into more expensive lenses/frames and taken your money. Very disappointing.
