I had a routine eye check-update, and once again, the experience was excellent. Dr. D.Patel was very thorough, professional, and took time to understand my full health history.
Nadika was also incredibly helpful when choosing my new glasses. Her honest opinion and expert advice made the decision much easier, and ai am very grateful for her help in finding the perfect frames.
I would highly recommend this practice.

Pressed Ahead

Deven saw my adult son, who has severe autism and learning disabilities, after he had been experiencing headaches. He gave him two double appointments, taking the time to ensure he felt comfortable throughout. Deven was incredibly calm, patient, and thorough, making what could have been a very stressful experience much easier for both of us.

Lewis was diagnosed with myopia and prescribed glasses, which has made a real difference. The whole team were kind, considerate, and understanding of his additional needs. They truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional care.

I can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you or a family member needs extra patience, understanding, and a truly person-centred approach to eye care. Thank you all so much.

The Howes Opticians branch is located in the middle of the high street next door to Tres Belle Jewellers, just a few doors down from Costa and the Card Factory. If you have never visited us before and are looking for an optician in Royston, our store is conveniently located on the high street with easy access. The local bus stops are only a three minute walk from the branch. Alternatively, if you are coming by car there is parking at the nearby Royston station. For rail users, the nearest station is Royston station and this is a ten minute walk from the branch, down Kneesworth Street.
