Branch of the Year opticians unveils new look following makeover

A Witney opticians has celebrated a double success after being crowned Branch of the Year and completing a major refurbishment to better serve the local community.
The Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care team on High Street has transformed their branch with a stylish new look and enhanced facilities, just weeks after triumphing over branches across their region to secure the prestigious Branch of the Year award at the company’s annual conference.
The refurbishment includes an additional consulting room, bringing the total to three and allowing the branch to offer more appointments and clinics. Customers can now benefit from the latest eye testing technology with the introduction of an OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) scanner, which provides detailed 3D images of the eye to detect conditions earlier. The branch also now showcases a wider range of frames, including sought-after designer names.
Branch manager Jennifer James said: “We’re absolutely thrilled with both the award and our new facilities. This is a real team effort and I’m so proud of everyone. The refurbishment means we can offer even better care to our customers, with more appointments and cutting-edge technology. We work hard to create a welcoming environment where customers feel genuinely cared for and it’s wonderful to have that recognised with the Branch of the Year award.”
