Customer Service Award

Now in their third year, the Customer Service Awards  are presented to those branches in each region who have scored the highest Customer Service Score over the entire year. The branch with the single highest score receives the coveted National Customer Service Award (which for the third year in a row has been won by a branch in the Southern Region!)

National Award winner: Southampton- Bitterne

Central region winner: Loughborough – Gorse Covert

Eastern Region winner: Newark

Northern Region winner: Tonbridge

Midlands Region winner: Tewkesbury

London Region winner: Chesterfield
