Our Bury St Edmunds branch has a new look!

Our Bury St Edmunds branch has officially launch its refurbished store and we invited our loyal customer Patrick Chung to perform the honours at Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care on Abbeygate Street, where he received a gift to mark the occasion and to recognise his loyal custom.

Patrick, who lives locally, was honoured to be asked to reveal the store’s new look. “The refurbished store is fantastic and it was a lovely occasion – I enjoyed every minute. I’ve been going to Scrivens for a long time and always receive excellent and personal service from the whole team. Everyone’s so friendly and knowledgeable.”

The branch manager Jan Parker said: “Having invested in the store we wanted to celebrate the re-opening in style. Patrick has entrusted his eye care to us for more than 30 years. He’s a wonderful, outgoing customer who’s always smiling when he visits us, which is much appreciated.

“Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and this important ethos has remained in place since the family business was established. We look forward to welcoming new and existing customers into the branch to experience what 85 years of eye and hearing care knowledge looks like.”

The newly refitted store features the latest digital eye examination equipment. Customers can also choose from an extensive, updated range of frames, including a larger selection of the latest designer brands. The hearing audiologist is also on hand should you have any concerns about changes in your hearing.
