Welcome to our NHS feedback page, here at Scrivens Hearing Care, we are rightly proud of our reputation for excellent customer care. We are one of the UK’s leading High Street retailers of hearing aids, providing hearing tests and digital hearing aids from over 300 outlets nationwide. We also work with a number of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) across the country providing NHS hearing aids.
More people than ever can now access free NHS hearing aids on the high street thanks to a new service being offered by Scrivens Hearing Care. The service has been made possible after a large number of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) accredited Scrivens Hearing Care to deliver NHS hearing assessments on their behalf. This includes the hearing test, fitting and supply of digital hearing aids, batteries and aftercare, all free of charge to the patient.
Less than 12 months after introducing NHS hearing services into over 90 of our branches, Scrivens Hearing Care was the first major high street retailer to be awarded with IQIPS (Improving Quality In Physiological diagnostic Services) accreditation by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) following months of stringent assessment.
As part of our commitment to customer care we provide all our patients with the opportunity to provide us with feedback about the service they receive.
